Are you a people person with a passion for great food? Then you are the ideal candidate for the Nourish Resident District Manager position in Long Island City, New York.

As the Resident District Manager, you will be the central point of contact for Daily Dining operations at Nourish NY. In this role, you will oversee, plan, coordinate and aid in the execution of service logistics for multiple client locations, and contracts. You will act as the bridge between our sales team, company resources and operations teams to formulate fully actionable plans for the operations team to execute. This role requires a strategic leader with a service-oriented mindset stemming from a passion for hospitality, love for culinary events and affinity for customer success. The ideal candidate can oversee multi-location dining operations, collaborate with diverse teams, and implement innovative solutions to ensure we deliver not just exceptional dining experiences and events, but memories that resonate with our clients and their guests.

Our clients are focused on amazing food experiences throughout the day that fuel their employees and create a best-in-class workspace. From Farm to Table Cafes, Stocked Pantries and High-End Catering, this position will lead a team to deliver these experiences. As we continue to grow with our clients there are multiple projects that will allow a successful candidate to showcase organization and project management skills.

What We Offer

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
