Sodexo is seeking a Resource General Manager 4 to join our Corporate Services account located at in Bridgewater, NJ. This Resource General Manager will oversee a team of up to 10 Sodexo frontline (hourly) employees and report directly into an Area General Manager. This individual will own the day to day relationship with client while overseeing retail and catering operations at the business. This position offers a predominately Monday - Friday work schedule.

This is a resource position, providing temporary operation support for up to 10-12 months. You may apply to permanent postings while in this role.

The successful candidate will:

  • be kitchen savvy
  • have oversight of daily food operations, catering and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals to include oversight of cash-handling and the POS system
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • be tech savvy

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
