Role Overview
What You'll Do
- Manage daily retail foodservice operations, ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, and an excellent customer experience.
- Lead, schedule, and support hourly associates, fostering engagement, training, and adherence to operational expectations.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance while maintaining readiness for inspections and audits.
- Oversee cash handling, point‑of‑sale processes, inventory, and merchandising to support smooth operations.
- Support financial goals by managing labor, controlling costs, and tracking sales, forecasts, and key performance metrics.

What You Bring
- Experience managing retail or high‑volume foodservice operations, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or multi‑unit environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and lead from the floor.
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards (ServSafe strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A customer‑focused mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
