SodexoMAGIC is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Atrium Health Cleveland Hospital in Shelby, NC. This SodexoMAGIC account takes pride in their teamwork and ability to build lasting relationships. Atrium Health Cleveland is a regional 241-bed, not-for-profit hospital.
The Retail Manager 2 will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail operations. We are looking for a charismatic and organized individual to support a team of 10-15 frontline associates.

The successful candidate will:
- lead front-line teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or
- train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
- exhibit flexibility and manage multiple priorities.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
