Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for our campus account at Prairie View A&M in Prairie View, TX. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with National Brands (Chick Fil A, Pizza Hut, Dunkin, etc.), Concessions, cash handling, and in-house concepts. Must be able to work weekends and late nights. Typical shift is from 11:00am - 10:00pm. This retail manager will supervise approximately 65 employees across 4 locations and will have direct client contact as well. Candidates with experience managing a diverse team in a union environment is a plus.

Responsible for food quality & customer service in an operation that may have branded concepts or other retail offerings. Directs the work of hourly & supervisory food service workers.

- Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
- Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
- Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.
- Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
- Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
