Sodexo Campus Services is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for its Dining services at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Approximately 20 minutes from Charlotte, Winthrop's campus encompasses a rich architectural blend of neo-Georgian buildings and is included in the National Register of Historic Places. An attractive recreational area surrounds Winthrop Lake and includes a 6,100-seat coliseum and numerous athletics facilities, for both collegiate and recreational play. Winthrop Dining Services offers diverse dining options to the campus community, including a chef-driven residential dining program and exciting retail concepts, including allergen-safe selections. Sodexo's dining services offer 9 Retail locations, residential dining, catering and concessions. This Retail Manager will be overseeing the Retail Venue, Starbucks.
The successful candidate will:
- lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or
- train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs, and daily operation standards.
