Sodexo Magic is looking for a Retail Manager 3 to join our team at one of our high profile Corporate Services account in Lawrence Township area!

The Retail Manager 3 will provide supervision for food services – (Café, Coffee Shops and Micro Market) at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. Implements business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement. Other duties include but not limited to:

  • Establishes a safe work environment
  • Utilizes Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships, to ensure account retention
  • Implements and fully utilizes all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes
  • Directs daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met
  • Develops and implements plans, projects, with defined objectives, to ensure well stocked and serviced retail locations per client agreement.
  • Ensures adherence to all HR standards for Sodexo, client, and regulatory agencies
  • Provides leadership and supervision for the on-site food service non-exempt level staff in the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client.

The work schedule for this position is Monday – Friday. Qualifications for the Retal Manager includes experience in retail food service operations experience. Prior food service experience in a corporate environment a plus. Position requires an individual with exceptional drive and initiative, excellent communications skills and computer literacy. HACCP knowledge and ServSafe certification required.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
