Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenburg. LVH Muhlenberg is 195 bed hospital centrally located in the Lehigh Valley, providing convenient access to emergency or planned care whether you live in Bethlehem, Catasauqua, Northampton, Nazareth, Easton or beyond. Just a short drive away from the "City of Brotherly Love", Philadelphia, PA.
This Retail Manager 3 will have direct oversight of all retail dining operations. Supporting a team of 10 Sodexo frontline associates this position will responsible for all aspects of food operations, food safety and employee engagement.
We are looking for candidates who will:
- have oversight of day-to-day operations;
- deliver high quality food for cafeteria and branded outlets;
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
- ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
The ideal candidate:
- has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
