We are seeking a Sales Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-impact technology solutions for our HTM Healthcare business. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize systems that support healthcare operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

What You Bring


    • Knowledge of HTM service structures, including CMMS, RTLS, medical device management, and service contracts
    • Experience with RFP responses, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
    • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience; in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, solution costing, HTM program management, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or other cost analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
