We are currently in search of a Segment Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days in our Pflugerville, Texas office.

The successful candidate will coordinate our invoicing and billing efforts, ensuring accuracy, resolve any discrepancies and generate reports.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Train and quality check customer billing and vendor invoice processing of offshore team.
• Coordinate between offshore team and internal operational and sales staff to resolve any billing or vendor invoice issues.
• Develop and update processes and procedures to maximize offshore capabilities.
• Provide KPI reporting to management on a weekly/monthly basis.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
• 2 years of supervisory experience (offshore experience preferred)
• 3-5 years of account receivables experience
• Superior analytical skills and demonstrated attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred
• Skilled communicator and collaborator; passion for customer service

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Has working knowledge and experience in own discipline. Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments within finance in assigned Segment. Assists in providing oversight and direction to Unit Finance. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
