We are currently in search of a Segment Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days in our Pflugerville, Texas office.
The successful candidate will coordinate our invoicing and billing efforts, ensuring accuracy, resolve any discrepancies and generate reports.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Train and quality check customer billing and vendor invoice processing of offshore team.
- Coordinate between offshore team and internal operational and sales staff to resolve any billing or vendor invoice issues.
- Develop and update processes and procedures to maximize offshore capabilities.
- Provide KPI reporting to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
- 2 years of supervisory experience (offshore experience preferred)
- 3-5 years of account receivables experience
- Superior analytical skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills preferred
- Skilled communicator and collaborator; passion for customer service

Position Summary
Has working knowledge and experience in own discipline. Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments within finance in assigned Segment. Assists in providing oversight and direction to Unit Finance. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
