The Senior Area General Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for a premier portfolio of corporate dining operations in Rahway, NJ. This leader is responsible for driving a consistent, world-class guest experience across multiple locations, founded on culinary innovation, hospitality excellence, and operational precision.

As a high-level lead for a Global Strategic Account, you will serve as the primary liaison between site-level operations and corporate standards. You will ensure the entire portfolio aligns with the elevated expectations of a world-renowned client, maintaining seamless service delivery and a "one-team" approach across all accounts in the region.

• Operational Oversight: Direct all day-to-day operations across the portfolio to ensure peak efficiency and service continuity.

• Team Leadership: Execute complex workstreams through a tiered management structure, overseeing subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.

• Service Excellence: Manage the delivery of high-end retail and catering programs, maintaining consistent quality and safety standards.

• Financial Accountability: Achieve all company and client P&L targets, focusing on cost control and revenue growth.

• C-Suite Relationship Management: Act as the primary site liaison for executive leadership, providing high-level communication and strategic partnership.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
