What You'll Do
- Lead & Develop the Team
Manage and mentor a team of solution design professionals, setting priorities, building capability, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned to growth goals. - Partner to Win Business
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to shape competitive, client-ready solutions, participate in deal strategy and presentations, and help drive successful outcomes on complex pursuits. - Design & Deliver Differentiated Solutions
Lead the development of innovative HTM solutions that are operationally sound, financially viable, and tailored to client needs, including capital strategies and multi-service offerings. - Drive Process Excellence & Consistency
Build and implement scalable tools, playbooks, and standards that improve speed, quality, pricing discipline, and consistency across solution development. - Enable Sales & Influence Strategy
Support pursuit strategy by defining win themes, strengthening value propositions, and coaching teams to improve deal quality, win rates, and long-term profitability.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading solution design or technical teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare, clinical engineering, and HTM services
- Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable, scalable solutions
- Strong financial acumen and experience with pricing and cost structures
- Track record of improving win rates, deal quality, and margin performance
- Experience with CRM and proposal tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience -10 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years
