Senior IS&T Program Manager

Remote role The IS&T Program Manager leads complex, multi-year technology programs (2–3 years, $5M–$10M) to deliver business objectives while meeting requirements for quality, performance, cost, schedule, security, and compliance.

This role ensures stakeholder alignment, mitigates program risks, & drives successful outcomes. The Program Manager works closely with sponsors, steering committees, & the PMO, providing governance, reporting & insights that support informed decisions

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $115940  - $180070 

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring 

• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs with broad stakeholder engagement and interdependencies.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, business case development, charter alignment, and performance oversight.
• Track record delivering results across cost, schedule, quality, performance, and security objectives.
• Executive-level communication experience supporting alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making.
• Analytical and organizational expertise guiding risk management, issue resolution, and program control processes.

• Related Experience: 5 years
