Job Description
This is a VIRTUAL position that incorporates the perks of work-from-home status with the excitement of approximate 60% travel to your area of support.
This Senior Manager 2 must have access to a major airport and will reside within their designated territory of Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.
In this role, the Account Growth Marketing Manager interacts with internal team members, clients and customers in the formulation of growth-related strategy. This person will have a high level of customer contact and must be comfortable assuming a leadership position in meetings and presenting/speaking to all different types of customers. This position requires strong presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to “read the room”.
The ideal Account Growth Marketing Manager will be experienced in marketing, highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point, Teams), a strategic thinker, flexible, a team player, able to balance multiple units and priorities, and have an affinity to leveraging data to inform programs. The ideal candidate will have high energy and be comfortable working with college students, internal support teams, and executives. Experience with food service operations is also a plus, as well as experience working with creative designers or agencies.
The overarching objectives for this position include but are not limited to:
- Lead in short-term growth support of identified region in the areas of share of wallet capture, traffic, loyalty and new business
- Drive the Marketing Plan process to support overall account health and achievement of KPIs
- Support the Commercial sales team in new partnership proposals and openings
- Support the Organic Growth team in existing partnership proposals and retention activities
- Support and track program activations
- Achieve work through training and collaboration with regional and unit-based marketing representatives
- Responsible for supporting or leading subject matter trainings in voluntary meal plans, retail and catering growth
- Partner with designated region’s Engagement Marketing Manager to support marketing program execution
- Serve as lead on select resource projects

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
