Sodexo Corporate Services Segment seeks a Sr. Manager Communications who can successfully lead a team, while developing and managing executive messaging, workplace experience programs and client-facing and internal communications strategies. The ideal candidate will possess the highest standards, dive deep into details, have a strong sense of ownership, and be energized by juggling multiple priorities. They will thrive in fast-paced situations, embrace ambiguity and change, be able to quickly get up to speed on complex issues, anticipate employee questions and reactions, and quickly prepare thorough messaging strategies to drive future ready solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute, from project inception to project close, community programs and initiatives geared towards enhancing the workplace experiences for various clients on-site.
- Through the use of the Salesforce CRM platform and other resources, implement, adjust, and execute key work place experience strategies for high-valued clients.
- Successfully lead, train and develop a team of 11 Community Relations Coordinators to successfully implement work place experience programs to the client.
Effectively communicate the Sodexo story to clients and stakeholders through various channels, including presentations, social media, and onsite meetings.
Manage general administrative tasks for the leadership team, including coordinating team events, off-site meetings, assisting HR with onboarding, and handling organizational structure and distribution lists.
Embrace and promote a culture of innovation by introducing new ways of working and adapting to change.
Oversee employee engagement activities and communications, such as monthly learning sessions, recognition programs, holiday celebrations, and other events.
Ensure marketing and communications collateral, including promotional materials, white papers, and website copy, is consistent with the organization's brand.
Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Have a Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent experience in marketing or communications roles.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that balances high demands with flexibility and fun.
- Possess advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and graphic design.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
- Stay current with facility management and food industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Apply analytical and strategic thinking to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Teams, MS Office, Salesforce CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Display superior written and verbal communication skills.
Please Note the salary range for this role is $90-95k annually
