Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Culinary Systems to join our team. This individual contributor will work to ensure the right ingredients are used in the right recipes for the right purpose. Responsibilities include development, documentation, and improvement of workflow processes to ensure efficient and timely coordination of ingredient activities. Position requires exemplary communication skills to share, inform and update ingredients which impact menus and services. Position requires strong communication skills to share, inform and update various stakeholders on ingredient projects.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates should reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure ingredient accuracy in all recipe systems
  • Liaison between Culinary, Supply & Segment stakeholders
  • Receives changes from supply, document and inform, updates to databases
  • Conducts research with new and existing ingredients
  • Completes ad hoc requests from Segment and Culinary leadership
  • Attends various weekly calls focused on any ingredient changes and or updates

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Operational or supply support experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with ease
  • Microsoft Office, Excel (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Power BI a plus

What We Offer

Position Summary

Manages and supervises the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredient, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, ingredient specification, nutritional components, pricing. Ensure continuity and accuracy of data entry in order to meet operational, nutritional, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
