Senior Manager, Entegra Distributor Led Business

Remote role requiring up to 50% travel. Candidates must reside in GA, MD, DC, VA, IL, NJ, NY, PA, DE, TX, or Southern California.



About the job

Take the lead in managing Entegra’s relationships with Prime distribution partners, serving as the key connection between internal teams and distributors. You’ll coordinate sales planning, train distributor teams on programs, and connect resources to resolve inquiries from customers, distributors, and stakeholders. By navigating distributor relationships and generating lead referrals, you’ll drive new business growth and strengthen strategic partnerships.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $110075  - $142450 

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you’ll bring 

• Deep knowledge of the GPO landscape and broadline distributor processes.
• Communication and presentation skills for delivering training and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Power BI experience.
• Sales acumen with familiarity in consultative approaches like Same Side Selling or SPIN Selling.
• Problem-solving mindset for managing competing distributor relationships and complex inquiries.

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 5 years
• Related Experience: 5 years
