What You'll Do
Oversee end-to-end administrative processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and ongoing support for site teams.
Provide comprehensive operational support to leadership by coordinating client meeting preparation, reporting, governance activities, and internal communications.
Track and manage training compliance, safety documentation, and required certifications, ensuring accurate records and timely employee communications.
Administer the uniform program and oversee ordering and distribution of uniforms, equipment, and office supplies for new and existing staff.
Monitor accounts receivable activity, assist with financial reporting, and support expense processing to maintain accurate and compliant financial operations.
Champion employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive, organized workplace culture while supporting day-to-day office operations.

What You Bring
- Associate’s degree or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in administrative and operational support
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating ownership and accountability
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and a client-focused mindset with the ability to respond quickly to evolving needs
