Senior Manager, Recruitment

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Recruitment to lead a team of senior recruiters and drive hiring strategies across the U.S. This virtual leadership role partners closely with business leaders to attract and hire top management and executive talent.

This position will work virtually in a home-based office, with a preference of Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Join a strategic leadership role focused on executing and evolving the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. You’ll guide a team of recruiters, partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs, and drive inclusive hiring initiatives that support succession planning and long-term growth. This position combines strategic workforce planning, team leadership, and hands-on recruitment for complex and confidential searches.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $100130  - $155540 

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in partnership with senior leadership and HR stakeholders.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing recruitment teams to achieve performance and service goals.
• Expertise in sourcing methodologies, pipeline development, and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Experience leveraging recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve service delivery and hiring outcomes.
• Experience managing complex and confidential executive-level searches with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 3 years
• Related Experience: 3 years
