Are you passionate about discovering and connecting top chefs with opportunities that make a real impact? Sodexo is seeking a Senior Recruiter - Culinary to lead recruitment for our diverse culinary and leadership roles across the United States.

In this role, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a Culinary Talent Partner.  You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand their goals, then deliver recruitment solutions that shape the future of Sodexo’s culinary teams.  Your expertise will influence hiring decisions through market insights, data-driven strategies, and innovative sourcing approaches.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to execute a seamless recruiting process.
  • Source, engage, and inspire top culinary talent—both active and passive candidates.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, social platforms, and industry networks to attract the best chefs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for culinary roles (Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, Chef Managers, Regional Chef Managers, etc.).
  • Experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
