Servers are key to creating memorable guest experiences - you'll interact with guests, and help build the warm, upbeat, "mountain resort" atmosphere Cranmore is famous for.
What You'll Do
Servers play a key role in welcoming guests, helping them enjoy their dining experience, and delivering warm, friendly, efficient service.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and stock your station based on daily assignments
- Greet guests, share specials, and take beverage and food orders
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, preparations, flavors, and pairings
- Provide responsible alcohol service and verify guest age as required
- Suggest menu items, confirm orders for accuracy, and process through POS
- Support a positive guest experience with attentive, personable service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 21+
- TIPS / TEAM certification (or equivalent)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills
- Ability to stand and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended/irregular hours as needed
