Sous Chef

• Lead food preparation and production at an assigned station, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining organized workflows and proper food handling procedures
• Provide guidance and direction to team members assigned to the station
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards
