Location: We are seeking Stand Attendants for the Hard Rock Stadium, located in Miami Gardens, FL.

Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination which is the home of the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football team, Orange Bowl, Miami Open, Super Bowl LIV and the 100th anniversary of the NFL, International soccer and a host of world-class events including the 2026 FIFA World Cup. As a Stand Attendant at Hard Rock Stadium under Sodexo Live, you play a crucial role in assisting cashiers in obtaining items ordered for the guests. Your friendly and attentive service ensures a seamless experience for every guest.
Provide Customer Service:
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Assist in answering guest inquiries and provide information about available items.
Offer recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
Retrieve and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before delivery.
Keep the stand area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Dispose of waste and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with Team:
Work closely with cashiers, cooks, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to Policies:
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
