Location: We are seeking Suite Supervisor to join the Sodexo Live! team at the Hollywood Bowl located in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Overview:

The Suite Attendant is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences, providing a pleasant atmosphere for suite guests by ensuring that assigned suites are clean, orderly and well attended to. The Suite Attendant must ensure that all food and beverage items are provided according to selected ala carte or buffet-style menus.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist Director of Suites with menu selection, costing, and pricing

• Oversee food and beverage production, preparation, service, and sales in Suites

• Maintain a luxury guest experience and high-end ambiance

• Ensure Suites areas are clean, organized, and event-ready

• Monitor food quality, service standards, and overall operations

• Conduct walk-throughs to drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues

• Gather and respond to guest feedback; manage service recovery

• Follow up post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage re-bookings

• Manage department budgets, labor costs, and revenue goals

• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and profitability

• Communicate effectively with General Manager, staff, and internal/external partners

• Recommend operational improvements and efficiency enhancements

• Support special projects and organizational initiatives

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment.

Other Requirements:

• Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs. Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
