What You'll Do
- Provide executive‑level oversight of Food & Environmental Services across multiple acute‑care facilities.
- Lead and develop direct‑report managers, each responsible for teams and operations at the site level.
- Build and foster high‑trust, strategic relationships with senior client executives and operational stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent service excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered outcomes across all hospitals.
- Champion Sodexo’s culture while navigating and strengthening a mature union environment.
- Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, and create structure and accountability.
- Drive system‑wide innovation in quality, safety, efficiency, and workforce engagement.

What You Bring
- Senior leadership experience in Food Services, Environmental Services, or Healthcare Support Services (system‑level preferred)
- Proven success managing leaders (not just frontline employees)
- Experience working in a union environment highly preferred
- Ability to develop client relationships and manage high‑stakes expectations
- Strong understanding of operational standards, compliance, and service delivery within healthcare
- Must reside (or be willing to relocate) to Southwest Ohio—this is an onsite, relationship‑centric role

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience -10 years managerial experience
Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years relevant functional experience
