Our Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures in order to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency so that all product, supply and equipment needs are met throughout the venue.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support warehouse operations and provide supervision to warehouse staff.
- Support warehouse operations by performing tasks in the areas of receiving, inventory, delivery and organizing, as directed by Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure that quality, sanitation and safety standards are maintained
- Contribute to goal of 100% customer satisfaction through personal commitment to customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Ability to work well independently, in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Technology aptitude for working with automated inventory system.
- Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs. Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Other Requirements:
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and carry approximately 20 feet.
- Push and pull equipment such as: merchandise racks, speed racks, flat beds, and wire carts the distance of up to .4 mile.
- Ability to multitask in an office or operations setting.
- Ability to understand written information, operate telephone, operate a desktop computer, and to talk and/or hear in a retail store location setting (noise level is moderate).
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Ability to, grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach and lift overhead.
- Ability to physically walk approximately one-fourth (1/4) of a mile and the circumference of the unit several times a day.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Employee must be able to operate in an environment with moderate to high noise levels
- Other lifting or physical requirements as added from time to time, or as required to perform the essential functions of this job.
