Role Overview
Sodexo InReach is currently in search of a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Santa Clara, CA branch. The Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for the warehousing operations, including receiving, stocking, and production. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security and safety policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and staffing as needed.
- Monitor and streamline procedures for warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting to meet production and distribution needs.
- Direct activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, safety, and customer service
- Direct the movement, storage and processing of inventory to achieve maximum efficiency.
FIFO (first in first out) processes with shipping and receiving duties and including daily cycle counts.

What You Bring
Key qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year experience warehouse leadership
- Strong task management and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities
- Solid technical skills, Microsoft Word & Excel (Intermediate level)
