Workdays/shifts: ANY SHIFT (OPEN AVAILABILITY). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Pay Range: $23 per hour - $23 per hour

What You’ll Do: As a Warehouse Supervisor at Sodexo, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the department. This role ensures that all product, supply, and equipment needs are met throughout the location while providing daily oversight of employees and key warehouse functions. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
- Check proof of deliveries against items actually received and inventory for accuracy.
- Significant walking or other means of mobility
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull and frequently lift up to 35 pounds. Occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of related warehouse experience.
- Experience in optimizing warehousing processes preferred.
- Ability to obtain in-house forklift certification
- Possess a valid driver’s license if assigned to drive a vehicle
