Sodexo InReach is currently in search of a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Santa Clara, CA branch. The Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for the warehousing operations, including receiving, stocking, and production.
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security and safety policies and procedures.

Step into a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive daily warehouse operations while supporting a high-functioning team focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You’ll oversee everything from inventory flow and staffing to vendor coordination and budget management all while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. What you’ll do Lead warehouse operations that directly impact production flow, customer satisfaction, and team performance •Take ownership of inventory management, space utilization, and logistics coordination •Gain valuable leadership experience by mentoring team members and enforcing safety and operational standards •Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to streamline communication and reduce operational disruptions •Play a key role in optimizing budget efficiency and cost control measures •Be part of a company that values operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement •Enjoy the challenge and reward of creating structure, solving problems, and driving results in a dynamic environment
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.
Pay Range: $67405 - $87230
